We at Merfys are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, from selecting your favorite pieces to having them delivered safely to your doorsteps. To ensure you have a better understanding of our shipping and delivery processes, we have put together the following guidelines.
We currently ship to the following countries:
EU, Norway and Switzerland (1-2 or 3-4 business days depending on service)
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible while ensuring its safe arrival. Shipping times may vary depending on the country of delivery and the service selected. We offer express and standard shipping to the EU, and the delivery time for these services is 1-2 business days and 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation which includes a tracking code. This code will enable you to track your order at any time. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to work effectively, so please be patient.
If you have an account on mrfs-store.com, you can easily track your order there. This is a great way to monitor each order that has been shipped, and you will be able to see the status of your delivery.

We are here to help you and will happily assist you with any queries you may have. Please ensure that you include your order number as a reference when you contact us, as this will help us to identify your order quickly and accurately.
Merfys is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.
Products should be returned new, unused, and with all MERFYS tags.
We will refund the full amount of the returned products – all expenses related to returns or exchanges are covered by the MERFYS.
In addition, all our products come with an extra 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.
- To make a return, contact our customer care team by email (indicating the order number and the name of the item being returned).
- After receiving your request, on the next business day, we will create a return label and send it to you (it will be prepaid and will contain all the necessary addresses and dimensions).
- Pack everything you want to return in our reusable RePack bags (you will receive them with your order).
- Take the package to the nearest DHL office, where they will print the label and collect the package.
That's it. Wait for us to receive the item at our warehouse and refund your money for the order. This process takes up to 2 weeks.
If you are located in the EU, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If not we will ask you to pay about 15 EUR for the return label.
The full amount of the returned products will be refunded. To ensure a smooth return process, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return of the products.
Once we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you wish to exchange your product(s) for a different size or style, please also contact our customer care team.
