IN OUR INTERNAL LAB WE CHECK THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS: IF WE USE A NEW FABRIC, THEN WE RUN SAMPLES THROUGH 100-200 WASH CYCLES AND BOIL THEM. THAT'S HOW WE UNDERSTAND HOW LONG THE PRODUCT WILL LAST KEEPING INITIAL APPEARANCE AND QUALITY.
WE ALSO HAVE SPECIAL MACHINES THAT RUB THE FABRIC WITH INTENSITY IN ORDER TO SEE IF PILLS ARE FORMED.
At the factory, the technician unrolls the fabric rolls and checks for any areas with thin, less dense sections, skewing, or holes. They also check how the fabric cuts and how resistant the weaving is. Poor quality materials tend to have loose threads on the unfinished edges.
During the production process, quality is monitored using technical cards that outline detailed requirements for each operation, from cutting to sewing. We developed these requirements together with professional technicians and designers.
The finished bedding is additionally checked during ironing and packaging.
